TERM AND CONDITION AGREEMENT WITH THE BOAT OPERATORS
1	River	From Chin Huat Jetty to Kg Menteri and Forestry Jetty.
		Duration: 30 minutes
2	Kuala Sangga	From Chin Huat Jetty to Fish Farm, Kuala Sangga Village, Floating Chalet
		Collecting Mangrove Seedling, eagle feeding, cockle harvesting & Fishing.
3	Firefly	Up to TNB power line cable
4	Life Jackets	Life jacket must be in good conditions and clean.
		Life jacket must not be put on the floor.
		Boatman must assist tourist during wearing the life jacket.
		The life jacket must be wear on the jetty and not on the boat.
5	Time Punctual	The boat must be docked at the jetty at the set time.
		The life jackets must be ready on the bench.
		The boatman must greet all the tourist.
		Penalty reducing RM20 if the tourist waiting for the boat after the set time.
6	Firefly tour	No light is allowed during the tour
		No talking during the briefing
		Do not hit the trees
		When tourist ask for crocodile sighting then the light can be used but not
		directly pointed to the fireflies.
